Beginner Yoga:
This class teaches the basics of a yoga flow class focusing on technique, breath (pranayama) and form. We welcome all levels..from first time yogis to regulars who just want to slow it down and master the fundamentals.
Power Flow Yoga:
Our power flow classes are a journey within themselves. We begin by warming up the body with sun salutations and setting an intention. We mentally, physically and spiritually continue down an unknown, challenging path until slowing it down into deep stretches, finally settling into a relaxing savasana. Class times vary from “power hour” at lunch time to an hour and a half of intense bliss.
Fusion Power Yoga:
Our unique Fusion class combines our power flow class with small weights for added strength and tone. Experience a class that embodies the best of two worlds: yoga and strength training!
Mommy and Me Yoga:
This midday class encourages new and expecting mothers to bond with their children. It combines simple yoga poses with yoga philosphophy to allow a magical hour to emerge. Children and adults focus on breathing techniques and practice being leaders and followers. Music by local musicians and lovers of children.
Yoga for Relaxation and Rejuvenation:
Simple and effective Hatha Yoga practice which harmonizes and relaxes the entire being, from the physical and emotional to the mental. This class focuses on breathing\body movement integration, and relaxation during long hold postures. Prepare yourself for your entire day by joining our morning class or detoxify from the daily stress by coming to the evening class.
90 minutes of an exciting journey of breathing techniques (Pranayama), Yoga postures (Asanas) and relaxation. The practice creates an optimal condition to work out and at the same time relieve stress and boost energy levels. Open to yogis of all levels.
Power Hot Yoga:
Take your power/hatha yoga class to the next level by experiencing a class in the heat. By practicing in a heated room, your body more easily releases into the poses and less time is spent warming up. Sink into bliss quicker and more effectively in this class.

Mommy and Me Yogahikes:
Bring your children on the hike to truly let go and enjoy yoga and a hike with your child. Get 4 or more parents together with their children and we can arrange this hike around your time schedule/nap time!
POWER PIN-UP with Brooklin:
60 minutes of pure love for your body. In your heart you will strengthen your sexuality and confidence as you tighten and tone your sexy zones using techniques from dance, yoga, pilates and striptease. This is mostly a floor workout focusing on the core. yoga mat recommended.
